    Responsibilities

  • Schedule, organize and preside at all WMOA business and Board meetings
  • Appoint all standing and special committees
  • Chair the Grievance Committee (if one is established)
  • Assist various committees with their responsibilities, as needed
  • Attend MHSAA required meetings for “approved” associations, or designate Board member to attend
  • Respond to “outside” inquiries or correspondence, or delegate someone to respond as appropriate
  • Attend and participate in WMOA Board meetings as a voting member
