Key Qualities
- Schedule, organize and preside at all WMOA business and Board meetings
- Appoint all standing and special committees
- Chair the Grievance Committee (if one is established)
- Assist various committees with their responsibilities, as needed
- Attend MHSAA required meetings for “approved” associations, or designate Board member to attend
- Respond to “outside” inquiries or correspondence, or delegate someone to respond as appropriate
- Attend and participate in WMOA Board meetings as a voting member
