The WMOA conducts regularly-scheduled rules meetings in each of the sports that it sponsors. All meetings are held at Kelloggsville High School (23 Jean SW, at 48th & Division) unless otherwise noted. A rookie meeting begins before the regular meeting and is intended for newer officials to enhance their understanding of the rules and to learn how to deal with situations that commonly occur during games. Football Note: Meeting times are 6:15 PM in Room 133 for the Rookie meetings and 7:00 PM in the Auditorium for the general meetings. October 20
