WMOA Vice-President

 

Key Qualities:

- Communication skills (oral and written)

- Organization skills

- Planning skills

- Ability to professionally interact with others

- Ability to make decisions based on the needs of the membership

- Good facilitator (meetings)

 

 

Responsibilities:

- Co-chair the annual banquet committee

- Assist President and President Elect, as needed

- Assist committee chairpersons, as needed

- “Watch and learn” in preparation for subsequent years as President Elect and President

- Conduct other responsibilities as determined by the President and/or Board

- Attend and participate in WMOA Board meetings as a voting member
