With inclement weather,  we as officials need to make sure that we are communicating with partners and Athletic Administrators even more. 

1. If schools cancel classes, that does not automatically cancel the athletic events for that evening.  Most schools will contact you shortly after they have made the decision to cancel.  (keep your personal information updated on the arbiter)   Majority of the contact information for schools are in the arbiter as well. 

2. If the weather is inclement,  please allow yourself more travel time.  Safety first.
